We want you to love your scent experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our Fragrance Library. If a fragrance doesn't capture your senses as expected, we are happy to assist with an exchange or refund for items in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Experience team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original Demeter packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during the transit process.
Ship to the Library
Affix your provided return label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new fragrance selection within 5-7 business days.
